Partner Block · $849 · five analyses, $170 each
Send me the ones you had to send away.
For loan officers, brokers and agents: five Three-File Analyses, prepaid, for your own borrowers ($170 each). Each borrower gets a redemption code, uploads their three bureau reports, and receives the analysis: every negative item tagged dispute, verify first or leave alone, with the exhibit named, plus the 60-day calendar and tracker. Letters not included; borrowers may upgrade with the credit. The borrower owns the deliverable and sends any letters. Codes valid 12 months. No outcome promised.
QualifyReady is a credit file analysis and document-preparation service, not a credit repair organization. Eight files. Most services check three.
What the borrower gets, and what you get
The borrower
Their three bureau reports read line by line and across the set. Every negative item tagged dispute, verify first or leave alone, with the field and the exhibit named for each dispute, and the accurate items marked leave-alone so nothing gets a remark it did not need. The 60-day calendar and the tracker. Delivered within 72 hours of their uploads, to their email, as their file.
You
A one-line note when each analysis is delivered. Nothing else. You never see the report, the analysis or the letters, which is what keeps the referral clean for your compliance department. If the borrower wants the letters drafted, the $170 you paid is credited toward a package for 60 days, and they buy it.
Nothing is disputed on an open tradeline inside a lock without the borrower deciding to. The analysis marks what is accurate as accurate, and the Handbook chapter every borrower can read is called Which letters not to send.
How it works
1. Buy a block
$849 at the link above. Five codes (QRP-XXXX-XXXX) arrive by email within minutes, valid 12 months.
2. Hand a code to a borrower
With one instruction: go to qualifyready.com/start, pull the three reports free, upload them, and enter the code on the preview page where the price is. Nothing is charged to them.
3. They review and generate
The free preview shows the counts. The code pays for the analysis. They confirm their name and address, check the tags, and generate. The 72-hour clock runs from their last required upload.
4. You get the note
"Analysis delivered for one of your borrowers." That is the whole message. The borrower brings you the plan, and the letter of explanation when the time comes.
For your compliance department
The borrower owns the deliverable. No letter is sent by anyone but the borrower. No fee is tied to an outcome. The price is the same whether an item is corrected or verified. No promise about approval or score is made to you or to them. The analysis is a read of documents the borrower supplied, delivered to the borrower, and QualifyReady never contacts a bureau, a collector or a creditor in anyone's name. You are buying a read for a borrower the way you would buy them a home inspection.
A one-page memo from counsel on this point is available on request from partners@qualifyready.com, and a copy goes to every partner on first purchase.

Questions loan officers ask
Is it a problem for my compliance department that I paid for this?
The worry is real, and the answer is in what the product is: an analysis the borrower owns, with no letters sent by anyone but the borrower, no fee tied to an outcome, and no promise about approval or score. The memo above says the same in their language.
Can I see the borrower's analysis?
No. It goes to the borrower, and only the borrower can share it. What you get is the delivery note, and what the borrower brings you is the plan.
What if a borrower needs all eight files?
The code pays for the three-bureau analysis. If the file needs the specialty agencies too, the $170 is credited toward the Eight-File Package for 60 days and the borrower upgrades. Most pre-approval files are three-bureau reads. The eight-file read is for the ninety days before closing.
Do the codes expire?
Twelve months from purchase. Unused codes are not refundable. A block is a prepaid quantity, and the price reflects it.
Is this a credit repair company?
No, and that is the point of the block. QualifyReady is a credit file analysis and document-preparation service. We prepare. The borrower sends. Nothing about a subscription, an advance fee or a promised deletion touches your referral.
